PICOTEAM Ltd. operates mainly as an umbrella organisation for the national PICO organisations. PICOTEAM Ltd. is the legal framework within which experiences and lessons learnt by PICOTEAM members are brought together and synthesized into concept and product development

We backstop our members and national PICO chapters and perform the overall quality assurance of our services as group in international consulting services.
PICOTEAM puts together flexible teams consisting of its members / the national PICO chapters and other associated members to implement projects and programmes as well as consultancy services. Together with our partners we develop projects and programmes which we implement together.

- Studies, Facilitation of Systematisation / Conceptualisation of Practical Experiences and Lessons into Experience-based Concepts and Methodologies / Approaches, including Proposal Development for Research and Development Initiatives
The company is led by a core team of presently 13 professionals coming from different cultural backgrounds who have a long-standing record in international development.
