Change Management in the Limpopo National Park, MozambiqueThis involvement aims to re-structure and strengthen the management team of the park and to support in terms of concepts, planning and performance management. A programme based approach was developed to harmonise donor contributions along with a new performance management system for park staff, a new concept for managing the buffer zone and particularly team development to enhance performance of the whole park.

The organisational development support is envisaged for a period of 2 years through regular missions and coaching support.
